At Matrix cab, the following services we offer:

Cancellation charges

Chauffeurs drive vehicles for the economy and executive cars

Cancellation made before three hours on the duty reporting time is NIL
Cancellation within three hours before dispatch and no show once the car left the garage-half day

For Luxury:

Cancellation can be made more than 48 hours before the duty reporting time is NIL
Cancellation charge up to 48 hours before the dispatch or no show once the car has left the garage-full day(8 hr/80 KM)

Self-driving:

If a booking is canceled before 24 hours, there is no cancellation fee
If the booking is canceled within 24 hours, approximate 30% of the total fare will be charged
In the case of other no-shows, 50% of the full fare will be charged.

Refund Policy:

If you raise the refund request, a refund will proceed in two business days after cancellation as per our refund policy.

If you cancel the booking, the cancellation charge will be applicable as per our cancellation policy which is:

Cancellation made before 24 hours before the booking time; in such case, there will not be any cancellation charge.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booking time, one-day car rental or 50% of the total fare will be charged as the cancellation fees.
